# Alternatives to Chorus by ZoomInfo for Real-Time Sales Coaching

Eleven alternatives to Chorus matched to the team that should buy each, with what each vendor says about live coaching, published price and CRM scope, and the one-hour test to run before moving off a recording tool.

Key takeaways

- Chorus records and analyzes a call after it ends, and neither its pricing page nor ZoomInfo's announcement describes a cue delivered to the rep while the call is running.
- The right alternative depends on the system your team already works in, from Revenue.io for Salesforce teams of 15 or more seats to Avoma or Outreach for a live layer inside a platform.
- Clari's old Copilot address now redirects to a Salesloft page that lists real-time AI guidance and live battlecards, so the product is sold today as Salesloft Conversation Intelligence.
- Run each vendor demo on your own lost deal, and count a tool as live only if it can show a cue at the minute the buyer's mind changed.

The right Chorus alternative depends on the system your team already works in, so this page picks by team type first and shows the vendor's own words second. Chorus records and analyzes a call after it ends; the eleven tools below are described by what their own sites said about help during the call as of October 1, 2026.

- Salesforce team of 15 or more seats that wants live prompts inside the CRM, pick Revenue.io.
- Team that already pays for a platform and wants a live layer in it, pick Avoma, or Outreach through Kaia.
- Team that wants the analysis after the call and nothing live, pick Gong.
- Team whose reps live in cadences or whose leaders live in the forecast, pick Salesloft, which now also sells what was Clari Copilot.
- Contact center with scripts and compliance checks, pick Balto.
- One person on any meeting, with no CRM, pick Cluely.
- Team that wants a recorder that lists live whisper and a free trial, pick Jiminny.
- Rep who wants a bot-free desktop coach that fills BANT, SPICED or MEDDPICC live at a public price, pick Convo.
- B2B rep on HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or GoHighLevel who wants the buyer profiled before the call, pick PitchGenius.

Row-by-row facts about Chorus itself live on [PitchGenius vs Chorus](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/chorus).

The difference PitchGenius brings to this list is the [Intelligence Loop](https://pitchgenius.ai/intelligence-loop). One Buyer's Blueprint stays alive for the life of the deal, the live coach tests it against what the buyer says, and the post-call analysis rewrites it, so each call opens on what the deal still has to learn.

## What does Chorus publish?

Chorus is conversation intelligence software that ZoomInfo acquired. Its pricing page, read from an archived copy dated 2026-08-04, says recordings and transcriptions arrive just minutes after a call ends, lists unlimited call recordings, trackers, coaching opportunities delivered to the rep's inbox and over 20 out-of-the-box reports, and offers custom plans through a Get Pricing form.

ZoomInfo's announcement, on its own pipeline.zoominfo.com site (updated 2026-05-30), describes Chorus as capturing every spoken word and marking hundreds or thousands of key moments where keywords or phrases are mentioned, across sales and customer success calls. Neither page describes a cue delivered to the rep while the call is running.

Source: each vendor's own pages linked in the table, such as [Gong](https://www.gong.io/pricing)

, [Outreach](https://www.outreach.io/pricing)

and [Salesloft](https://www.salesloft.com/pricing), fetched October 1, 2026, and Chorus from the archived pricing page and the announcement above.

Method and limits: Yes means the vendor's own pages describe help delivered to the rep while the call is running, and No means the pages read hold no such sentence, which is weaker than saying the product lacks the feature.

## Where did Clari Copilot go?

Clari's old Copilot address, clari.com/products/copilot, answers with a permanent redirect to a Salesloft page, and that page describes Salesloft Conversation Intelligence, with real-time AI guidance for objections and live battlecards. Salesloft's login menu now lists Clari Forecast next to Conversations, which fits the merger that both Revenue.io's and Avoma's guides mention.

The practical effect is that a buyer who shortlists Clari Copilot for live in-call cards now reads Salesloft's page for it. That page lists real-time guidance and battlecards and does not say what a cue contains, so ask Salesloft for a live demo of the in-call feature.

## Which reasons for leaving Chorus does a live tool fix?

Competitor guides list the reasons teams give for leaving Chorus. Most are not about timing, so a live tool answers one of them for every team and a second only for teams that do not prospect with ZoomInfo.

Figure 2

Reason given

Who says it

Does a live tool fix it?

Chorus does not coach reps during live calls

Revenue.io's guide

Yes, which is the point of this page

Chorus is priced at a higher level

Avoma's guide, quoting prospects

Not by itself, since live tools run from $11.99 a seat to a custom quote

Chorus is most valuable when bundled with ZoomInfo data

Revenue.io's guide

Yes, for a team that does not use ZoomInfo to prospect

Chorus CRM updates stay manual and admin-heavy

Avoma's guide, quoting an account

Only if the live tool writes back, which the CRM column above shows differs by vendor

Chorus does not operate natively inside Salesforce

Revenue.io's guide

Only Revenue.io's pricing page says every call and insight lives in Salesforce with no sync delay

Source: [Revenue.io's Chorus alternatives guide](https://www.revenue.io/blog/best-chorus-by-zoominfo-alternatives-competitors)

and [Avoma's Chorus alternatives guide](https://www.avoma.com/blog/best-chorus-alternatives), both fetched October 1, 2026.

Method and limits: both guides come from vendors that sell a Chorus alternative, so treat the reasons as claims to test.

## What should you settle before leaving a recording tool?

A recording tool gives a manager an archive to search. A live tool gives a rep help mid-call, which [Live Buyer-State Intelligence](https://pitchgenius.ai/learn/live-buyer-state) describes. Decide which failure costs you more, because a rep who misreads a buyer at minute 12 gets nothing from a note that arrives that evening, and a manager without an archive loses the thing Friday reviews are built on.

Some of the eleven keep both halves. Avoma lists recording and live guidance as separate modules, Jiminny records and lists live whisper, Outreach's Kaia records and delivers live battlecards, and PitchGenius writes a post-call diagnosis from the same transcript its live coach used. For a longer treatment of that trade, see [post-call versus real-time sales coaching](https://pitchgenius.ai/blog/post-call-vs-real-time-sales-coaching).

### The one-hour test before you move

Vendors demo on their own scripted call. Run the demo on yours.

1. Pick one lost deal you have a recording of, and mark the minute the buyer's mind changed.
2. Ask each vendor on your shortlist to show what the rep would have seen at that minute, on the call channel and CRM you use.
3. Count a tool as live only if it can show a cue at that minute, and as a recorder if it can show only the note after.

This works on any vendor, takes an hour per tool and costs nothing, and it ties the answer to your own buyers' calls.

## What should you know about each one before a demo?

### Revenue.io, if Salesforce is the record

The pricing page names Salesforce sales teams with 15 seats or more as the audience and says the quote is built on a demo call. A HubSpot team is outside the audience it names. Row-by-row detail is on [PitchGenius vs Revenue.io](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/revenue-io).

### Gong, if you want the analysis and a deal view

Its conversation intelligence page says insights are surfaced in real time and lists integrations with Salesforce and Zoom. It does not describe a line delivered to the rep mid-call, and its pricing page shows no figure, only a per-user license with a platform fee. One third-party guide, [Revenue.io's](https://www.revenue.io/blog/best-chorus-by-zoominfo-alternatives-competitors)

, puts it at $1,200 to $1,600 per seat per year, which Gong does not publish. See [PitchGenius vs Gong](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/gong)

and [Gong alternatives for in-call guidance](https://pitchgenius.ai/blog/gong-alternatives-for-in-call-guidance).

### Outreach, if the rep already works in Outreach

Kaia joins and records live meetings, captures real-time transcription and delivers live battlecards, per Outreach's own page. Its pricing page lists Live Coaching with real-time content cards inside the Amplify Plus package and quotes on request, so the live part ships inside the engagement platform.

### Salesloft, for cadences and, now, the Clari product

Its Conversation Intelligence page describes automatic recording, transcription and analysis of every call, and real-time AI guidance for objections with battlecards that surface during the call. Its pricing page is a form, and the page does not say what a cue contains, so the test above still applies: ask for the cue on your own lost deal.

### Avoma, if you want modules and a public price

Its Conversation Intelligence page lists the Live Answer Assistant for objections, and its pricing page prices Conversation Intelligence at $29 a month per seat on top of the recorder seat, so the live feature is a second line item. You get native CRM links to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Copper and more in return. See [PitchGenius vs Avoma](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/avoma).

### Balto, if the floor is a contact center

Its homepage lists health insurance, healthcare, P&C insurance, banking, collections, home improvement and BPO among its industries, and offers a Book a Demo button with no price. See [PitchGenius vs Balto](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/balto).

### Cluely, if one person needs help on any call

The homepage calls it an AI for meetings that gives real-time answers and takes notes, and adds that it never joins as a bot. It lists Zoom, Slack, Webex, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, and no CRM. See [PitchGenius vs Cluely](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/cluely).

### Convo, if you want a bot-free desktop coach

Its features page says no bot joins the call and that it runs on your computer with a compact overlay, and that a qualification framework fills as the buyer answers, with BANT, SPICED, MEDDPICC or your own process. Its pricing page lists Live Assistant under the Professional plan. How it differs from PitchGenius is in [PitchGenius vs Convo](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/convo).

### Jiminny, if you want a recorder that also lists live whisper

Its Gong-alternative page lists coaching reps live on calls with real-time whisper and guidance, and its homepage describes recording, transcribing and summarizing. It shows no price, only a 14-day trial. See [PitchGenius vs Jiminny](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/jiminny).

### PitchGenius, if the rep needs a read on this buyer

PitchGenius profiles the buyer ahead of the call, then runs a desktop overlay that listens to the rep and to the meeting on two separate audio streams. It can decline to speak. Afterward it writes a diagnosis with verbatim transcript quotes and sends readiness to the CRM as a note, or as a task on a Salesforce lead.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the closest live alternative to Chorus?

It depends on the CRM. Revenue.io is closest for larger Salesforce teams, Avoma, Outreach and Jiminny for teams that want recording and live guidance from one vendor, Convo for a bot-free desktop overlay, and PitchGenius for B2B teams that want the buyer profiled before the call.

### Which of these alternatives publish a price?

Avoma, Convo, Cluely and PitchGenius do. Revenue.io and Outreach quote on request, Gong prices per user with a platform fee and no list figure, Salesloft's pricing page is a form, and Jiminny, Balto and Clari Copilot show none, as does Chorus.

### Does Gong coach reps live?

Its own page says insights are surfaced in real time, flagging risks, next steps and coaching opportunities, and it does not describe a line delivered to the rep during the call. Run the one-hour test above to see what the rep would get.

### Can I run a live coach next to a recorder?

Yes, because the two do different jobs. Watch the combined seat cost, since two tools are two bills.

### Which of them work with HubSpot?

Avoma, Jiminny and PitchGenius list HubSpot as a CRM connection. Revenue.io shows HubSpot among its connected tools but is built natively on Salesforce. Balto names Salesforce and contact-center platforms, and Cluely names no CRM.

### Is PitchGenius a replacement for Chorus?

Only for the live moment. PitchGenius is not a call archive, so a team that reviews recordings every week should keep a recorder.

### What does Chorus publish about price and timing?

Custom plans through a Get Pricing form, and recordings and transcriptions that arrive minutes after the call ends. Both come from its pricing page as archived on 2026-08-04, and [PitchGenius vs Chorus](https://pitchgenius.ai/vs/chorus) lists each with its source link.
