HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel are CRMs. Readiness lands as a note on the contact or person, or as a task on a Salesforce lead.

ZoomInfo is a buyer lookup with no deals in it, so it only feeds contact details in.

HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive can fall back to a CRM Update Pack CSV when no live connection exists. GoHighLevel has no CSV pack and works live only.

Each CRM connection reads a contact, person or lead plus its pipeline stage. It writes back only notes, or tasks on Salesforce, that open with a PitchGenius header line, and never a native field, stage or owner. ZoomInfo is searched and looked up, and nothing PitchGenius learns is sent back to it.

## Works on top of the call you already take

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or a phone call. PitchGenius runs as a desktop overlay on top of the call, with no bot joining and no browser extension.

The desktop app reads the rep’s mic and the meeting audio as separate streams, and installs on macOS (Apple silicon and Intel), Windows and Linux.
