# PitchGenius for GoHighLevel, buyer notes kept on each contact.

GoHighLevel connects through its own marketplace install screen, one location at a time, and the contacts in that location can be imported as buyers. After a call, a push from the deal page or Sync All writes PitchGenius notes onto the contact: buyer details, precall plan, postcall readiness, MEDDPICC gaps and Buyer Index, each only when that data exists. The next push edits them in place.

## How to connect

## What syncs

-   Into PitchGenius: a GoHighLevel contact's email, name, job title, company name and phone.
-   Into GoHighLevel: notes on the contact. The postcall note holds the readiness score out of 100, the state, the deal risk, both blockers and the next best action.
-   Each note starts with its own header line, for example "PitchGenius Postcall Update", and a later push rewrites it instead of adding another.
-   Sync All, in Settings, pushes every opportunity that is linked to a GoHighLevel contact.

Boundaries

## What doesn't sync

-   No contact field changes.
-   No opportunity status, pipeline stage or owner changes.
-   No CSV export pack. GoHighLevel round trips live only, with no offline fallback file for it.

No connection

## Without a connection

GoHighLevel has no CSV export pack. If you disconnect it, add buyers by hand or bring them in from another connected CRM until you reconnect.

## Permissions

GoHighLevel's marketplace install screen lists the scopes PitchGenius asks for, set on the registered app. A location-level install is required. An agency-level install alone can authorize but cannot see contacts, so importing needs a location connected, not just a company. PitchGenius reads contacts and opportunity pipeline stages, and writes only its own notes.
