# How PitchGenius handles your call data.

PitchGenius trains models on your calls only after you give explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. It is not a call recorder, and it never sends your call transcripts to third parties for their own model training. Aggregated, de-identified data may still improve its systems.

### 01Does PitchGenius record my calls?

PitchGenius is not a call recorder. The desktop overlay captures the rep’s microphone and the meeting audio as separate streams, and each turn sends short audio-derived facts and up to 60 lines of running transcript to the server.

### 02Who can see what happens on a call?

During the call, only the rep sees the suggestion, in an overlay on their own desktop. Afterwards a manager reads the same call as a coaching report, where the transcript expands on the rep’s row.

### 03Does PitchGenius train models on my calls?

Not unless you give explicit consent first. With it, the privacy policy says PitchGenius uses your inputs and outputs to train and improve its own models on its own systems. You can withdraw consent by emailing privacy@pitchgenius.ai. The policy also says aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data from use of the service may be used to improve its systems. Your inputs, outputs and call transcripts are never sent to third parties for their own model training.

### 04Who else processes my data?

Providers for cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery and customer support process data only on PitchGenius’s behalf. They are bound by confidentiality and security terms and may not use the data to train their own models. PitchGenius does not sell personal information.

### 05How long is call data kept, and how do I delete it?

Call transcripts and generated outputs are kept for as long as your subscription runs, and for a limited period afterwards so you can export them, so model improvement can continue where consent remains, or to meet legal holds. To delete your account and personal data, including data used for training, email privacy@pitchgenius.ai. Deletion is subject to technical and legal limits, to PitchGenius’s legal retention obligations, and to any anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you.

### 06What about consent to record a call?

At signup, each rep confirms they are responsible for following two-party consent laws before they record any call.

### 07How do I report a security issue?

Email developer@pitchgenius.ai, the contact published in the site’s security.txt file. For privacy requests such as access or deletion, write to privacy@pitchgenius.ai instead.
